We thank you for choosing our office to improve your smile. We work hard to let you know how important you are to us. Our office is a unique experience in itself. The reception area is open, colorful and has all the amenities of home...sofas to relax on, a large plasma screen television, computer access for checking e-mail, and Playstation II game centers for all to enjoy. You'll be greeted as you enter the door and asked to sign in using our computerized patient management system. A brushing center is available to patients to brush before being seen. The treatment bay is large and open with televisions mounted in the ceiling for relaxing while your treatment is being performed. A surround sound stereo system provides additional comfort to anxious patients.
You won't find a patient chart in our office. All records, including photos and x-rays, are computerized and can be seen at any location in the treatment area. Additionally, all x-ray images are taken digitally, which reduces patient exposure to radiation and ensures a consistent, high quality image. So, you'll see the difference in our modern office, but you'll feel the difference in our caring staff. We take a unique approach to patient care. Each patient is treatment planned according to their specific needs. There is no substitute for quality records and a well thought out treatment plan to make your treatment as efficient as possible. Additionally, we often call to check on our patients after a difficult appointment to ensure that they are as comfortable as possible and to answer any questions they may have. You'll never have to wait weeks to reschedule an appointment. We pride ourselves on our timely and efficient scheduling that is double checked by our computer system. Parents are encouraged to speak with the doctor at each appointment and progress letters let you know how treatment and cooperation is progressing. Our office believes that your treatment should be a unique experience to be enjoyed and we will make every effort to give you something to smile about.
