Jeff Serff is a graduate of Brookstone School in Columbus, Georgia. He earned his bachelors of science degree in Microbiology from the University of Georgia and graduated with honors from the Medical College of Georgia, School of Dentistry in 2000.
In 2001, he completed the General Practice Residency at the Medical College of Georgia, Hospital and Clinics, where he became proficient in treating medically compromised patients in the operating room environment, minor dentoalveolar surgery, I.V. conscious sedation, and dental implant placement and restoration.
Dr. Serff became a clinical instructor in the Department of Oral Diagnosis and Patient Services at the School of Dentistry where he was responsible for assisting students in diagnosis and treatment planning. He instructed and assisted students in the dental school Emergency Clinic and published a handbook titled, 'Emergency Care for the Dental Patient', still utilized by students today. Dr. Serff maintained a relationship with the General Practice Residency by serving as the Assistant Program Director for one year. Dr. Serff completed his orthodontic specialty training at the Medical College of Georgia.
Dr. Serff is married, has two sons, and two dogs. Besides orthodontics, Dr. Serff enjoys community activities, spending time with his family, and antique car restoration.
